TFG utilizes committees to gather and compile detailed information about specific projects and processes and those committees present that information to the TFG Board to facilitate well-informed decisions. These committees take direction from the board in the areas of finance, bylaws, development, and any other area designated by the TFG Board on an ad hoc basis. While the chair must be a member of the TFG Board, its committee members are not required to be board members. Committee members are expected to follow the TFG Code of Ethics and policies. Committee members, unless otherwise specified in the TFG Bylaws, are appointed by the chair of the committee. There is no limit of terms upon these positions; however, they are reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Committee.
