TFG day-to-day operations and services are managed by a group of appointed departmental directors in lieu of a full-time executive director. These directors manage the areas of community relations, finance and accounting, organizational development (events and fundraising), administration and operations, information and technology, and direct services. These directors are appointed by the executive committee and may also serve as board members. Anyone holding a director's position but is not a member of the board does not hold the right to vote upon matters of the board but is expected to follow the same code of ethics, adhere to the same policies, and hold the same fiscal responsibilities as a member of the board. There is no limit of terms upon these positions; however, they are reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Committee.
